The large Bright Steps Bright Collars are different from other illuminating collars because they feature Fibralite. Fibralite is a patented fiber optic material that is actually woven through fabric and connected by a battery powered LED long lasting light source.
  • The light source has a 3 mode function so besides on and off mode it can flash too.
  • The battery box is rubber coated making it weather resistant.
  • The quick drying Neoprene collar is also weather and water resistant.
  • When the dog collar is not illuminated, it is also reflective.
