Shipment ImageTypical orders to a residential address within the 48 contiguous states are processed for shipment on the next business day and shipped via FedEx.  We offer all our customers the ability to select Standard, 2 Business Day or 3 Business Day delivery.

Standard shipments will typically take between 1-5 business days to arrive.  Larger items such as dog beds and dog crates ship directly from the factory and may not be available for express shipment.

  • Most orders received are processed for shipment on the next business day.
  • FedEx is our primary shipper however, we reserve the right to use other carriers.
  • All shipping methods require a physical address.
  • Not all shipping methods are available for all items
  • We do not ship orders outside of the United States.
  • We do not ship on weekends or U.S. holidays. 
  • We do not have a customer pickup facility. 
  • All orders are shipped.
  • Free delivery to Tewksbury, MA.
 

 
You must contact DB Dog Shop using our contact form or call us at 978-328-1090, in advance to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) within 14 days of your purchase date. No returns will be processed without an RMA number.
  • All dog fur or hair must be removed.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipment costs of all products.
  • Returned merchandise must be in original condition and include original product packaging, labels and/or tags, and should be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt for credit to your account.
  • We reserve the right to charge up to a 15% restocking fee depending on the condition of the return.
  • Refunds will be issued for the full purchase price of the returned merchandise only and not the merchandise and original shipping cost. 
  • Refunds will only be issued to the credit card making the original purchase or through PayPal if payment was made via PayPal.
  • Refunds are issued within 3 business days of receipt of return.


You can order anytime online and you are not required to register.  Browse DB Dog Shop and add items to your shopping cart.  You can get an estimate of the shipping cost in the shopping cart by entering your location information. 

Registering with DB Dog Shop allows you to check the status of your order, view your order history and add items to your wish list.  We recommend registering when you order.  Registering after you order does not link your account to your previous order.

We do not fill your mailbox with emails and we do not sell your information.  We respect your privacy.

We will send you email when your order is shipped.  This email will contain tracking information if the carrier provides real time tracking.
 
We maintain a library of frequently asked questions.  If you do not find specific information that you need here, you might find it there.
