Shipping Information

Typical orders to a residential address within the 48 contiguous states are processed for shipment on the next business day and shipped via FedEx or USPS.  We offer all our customers the ability to select Standard, 2 Business Day or 3 Business Day delivery.

Standard shipments will typically take between 1-5 business days to arrive.  Larger items such as dog beds and dog crates may ship directly from the factory and may not be available for express shipment.

  • Most orders received are processed for shipment on the next business day.
  • FedEx & USPS are our primary shippers however, we reserve the right to use other carriers.
  • All shipping methods require a physical address.
  • Not all shipping methods are available for all items
  • We do not ship orders outside of the United States.
  • We do not ship on weekends or U.S. holidays. 
  • We do not have a customer pickup facility. 
  • All orders are shipped.

Ordering Information

You can order anytime online and you are not required to register. Browse DB Dog Shop and add items to your shopping cart. You can get an estimate of the shipping cost in the shopping cart by entering your location information.

Registering with DB Dog Shop allows you to check the status of your order including any notes we have added to your order, view your order history, and add items to your wish list and gift registry.  You can repeat your order from your account as well as print  your receipt. We recommend registering when you order.

We do not fill your mailbox with emails and we do not sell your information. We respect your privacy.

We will send you email as your order is processed. You will receive tracking information if the carrier provides real time tracking.

We do not accept orders with payment in foreign currencies.
