• Place the seat belt strap through the loop (handle) at the end of the restraint strap.
• Tighten the handle by adjusting the plastic slide
• Attach the snap of the restraint the the D shaped ring on your dog's harness

If you prefer, you can attach the restraint strap to you dog first and then place the seat belt through the loop.

• For restless dogs, do not leave them attached to the safety restraint strap when you leave the vehicle.  Unclip the restraint and refasten when you return.
• Do not leave your pet unattended on hot days - remember the temperature in a vehicle can rise quickly.
• Make sure your dog has proper ventilation whenever you leave him/her in your vehicle.
