Shipping Information
We do not ship orders internationally at this time.
Typical orders to a residential address within the 48 contiguous states are processed for shipment on the next business day and shipped via FedEx. We offer all our customers the ability to select Standard, 2 Business Day or 3 Business Day delivery.
Standard shipments will typically take between 1-5 business days to arrive. Larger items such as dog beds and dog crates ship directly from the factory and may not be available for express shipment.
- Most orders received are processed for shipment on the next business day.
- FedEx is our primary shipper however, we reserve the right to use other carriers.
- All shipping methods require a physical address.
- Not all shipping methods are available for all items

Shipping Costs
Your shipping rate depends on the weight of product being shipped, the number of items ordered, and the destination of the order. There are no additional charges for a multiple package order.

You may view estimated shipping costs while viewing your cart. Actual costs will be provided during checkout. Estimated costs are based on zip code only while actual costs are based on specific ship to address details provided during checkout.
Free Shipping Promotions
Periodically, we offer free ground shipping on purchases. These promotions, when available, can be found on our Coupon Codes page.
Terms & Conditions
- No coupon code necessary.
- Applies to products purchased at DBDogShop.com on orders that reach the minimum order requirements in product costs. Taxes and shipping not included in calculating minimum purchase.
- Entire order must be shipped to a single address.
- Orders must be shipped to a valid address in the contiguous 48 United States.
- Customer is responsible for all shipping costs of returned merchandise. Original shipping costs will be deducted from refund for returned merchandise.
- Not available for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii.
- Not valid on previous orders or canceled orders.
- Offer only applies to ground shipping and excludes over sized and over weight items.
- Promotional offer may be modified or terminated at any time without notice.
Incorrect Shipping Address Fees
Incorrect shipping information will most likely result in the order not being delivered on the expected day. The cost of any reshipped orders due to incorrect address information is the customer's responsibility. Address corrections will be subject to carrier handling or correction fees (approximately $10) which will be posted to the credit card used on the particular order.
Therefore, please check all shipping information carefully, especially zip code information.

Multiple Shipments
Depending on which products you purchase, some orders may ship from multiple locations using different shipping carriers. Check the product description for delivery details. There are no additional charges for a multiple package order.
In some cases, one or more packages may not arrive on the same day.

Shipment Notification
Once your order has shipped, you will be notified via email. Your notification message will include a tracking number unless it is shipped via the US Postal Service. Packages sent through the US Postal Service have no guaranteed arrival date and cannot be tracked. We suggest that you save this email until your order is fully received.

Free Delivery to Tewksbury, Massachusetts
All orders received from our customers in our home town, receive free next business day delivery as long as the ship to address is listed as an address in Tewksbury, MA 01876. We will personally deliver your order to your residence or business.
When you submit your order, please select standard shipping. You can also add a note to your order saying "Tewksbury Delivery." The shipping charge will be removed from your order total during processing and before your credit card is charged.
